What is Slim Tastes?
Slim Tastes provides delicious healthy meal that support your on-the-go lifestyle. We prepare, cook and deliver! Slim Tastes believes that a significant part of meeting your goals starts in your refrigerator. It’s the reason why we make it easy for our customers to meet those goals by delivering ready-to-eat meals, prepared with the finest ingredient, directly to people's homes and offices. Additionally, we believe that the best products in the world come paired with top-notch customer service. And because our focus is on your experience, we want our customers to be completely satisfied so if the meals do not meet your expectations, contact us and we will take care of it.

What is the nutritional content of each meal?
The nutritional content of each meal is dependent on the plan you have selected. Our meals are prepared very low in sodium. If you order from our classic meals (Trim or Mighty), the lunch meals offer 5 ounces of protein and a carbohydrate as a side dish. These meals are between 275-350 calories per serving and contain between 20-30 grams of protein and carbs. Out Mighty meals 325-400 calories per serving and contain between 25-35 grams of protein and carbs. We also offer meals that are Gluten Free, Diabetic and HCG.

What are your portion size options?
We offer two different meal plans options depending on the customers goals, the difference is in the protein portion. All meal plans use the same menu. The lunch meals will have a carbohydrate as a side dish and dinner will have vegetables. The “Trim” meal consists of 5 ounces of protein for both lunch and dinner. The “Mighty” meal consists of 7 ounces of protein for both lunch and dinner. We also off HCG, Keto and Gluten-Free plans.

How often do you change your menu?
Our customers enjoy a large variety of freshly prepared meals. We have a four-week menu rotation and new menu items are added weekly. Weekend meals are not part of our program, but can be arranged upon request.

How do I prepare my meals?
All of our meals come in microwave and dishwasher containers. The average microwave time could vary from 1-3 minutes.

When and Where do you deliver to? Is there a delivery fee?
We deliver to most of Dade County. The delivery fee is already included in our prices. Our delivery drivers schedule meals based on your location and the number of days you place an order. Deliveries are made on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. To ensure we deliver to your area, please call us to confirm before placing your order. Upon your first order, we will inform you of your delivery days and approximate times.

How are the meals delivered?
The meals are sealed in microwave-safe containers, chilled, and delivered to your door or office. Each delivery day, we will place your meals in your Slim Tastes cooler bag on your doorstep. There is a one-time fee of just $13 to purchase your cooler bag, which is then yours to keep. You will receive your cooler bag and ice packs on the first day of delivery. These ice packs will then be exchanged out each day as long you the member leaves the previous day's ice packs for replacement. If you wish to purchase an additional cooler bag, please contact our customer service department and we will gladly send you an additional bag for the nominal fee on the next deliver. On the days that you are scheduled for delivery, please leave the cooler bag out with the prior deliveries ice packs inside so that your driver can exchange them. We will replace the defrosted ice packs with fresh frozen packs on each subsequent delivery. If the cooler or ice pack(s) are not left outside, drivers will leave the food in a paper bag without ice pack(s).

When can I place the orders and cancel subscription?
Orders can be placed online at www.slimtastes.com or by calling 305-900-4587. Orders must be received by Wednesday at 6pm for the upcoming week. The same deadline applies for cancellation of subscription.

What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is our 4 day plan Monday-Thursday.

What are the prices?
The prices are based on the meal plan you select (“Trim”- 5oz protein or “Mighty”-8 oz of protein) and the number of meals selected per day– Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. The more meals per day you order the lower cost per meal, as low as $13.75 per meal including delivery.

What if I am allergic or dislike certain foods? Can meals be substituted?
Yes, we can substitute meals if you do not like a certain protein or have a food allergy/sensitivity. We can prepare an alternative meal for you. We take up to 2 substitution at no extra charge. Restrictions are to be selected at the time of ordering. If your allergy/sensitivity is not on the list, simply type it in the text box. If the customer requests additional substitutions, a nominal fee of $3.00 per week will be added.

What are Add-on’s?
Our meals are flexible and allow for our customers to add on Snacks or Kids meals. For those customers, who want something to munch on between meals this is a perfect way to crave the sweet tooth with a healthy nutritious snack. Our snacks are prepared daily with natural ingredients. Snacks vary in calories from 75-150. Customers have the option of ordering 1-2 snack per day. Our Kids meals are the perfect way to incorporate a nutritious meal for your little ones. You have the option of ordering either lunch or dinner, or why not both. This simplifies your time in kitchen. Snacks and Kids meals may be added to any one of our 4 or 5-day meal plans.

What payment methods are accepted?
We only accept credit card payments via PayPal, with an additional 3% service fee

When is my credit card charged?
We process all payments weekly. If you wish to pause your subscription for the upcoming week, simply send us an email at [email protected] so that your card is not charged.

Do you offer promotions, discounts or incentives for referring new customers?
As a member, we offer promotions that include free snacks, discounts on meals, along with referring new members. Simply sign out to our newsletter and the promotions will be sent electronically. We encourage our clients to share their experience with families and friends. For every person you refer, there will be a $10 credit to be applied to your next order when the referred customer orders lunch & dinner. Simply send us an email to [email protected] with the name of the customer your referred.
